Bam Wright is a passionate music engineer and creative visionary who didn’t begin as an artist but found his calling through curiosity and dedication. After receiving his first recording setup from a friend, he became immersed in the world of audio, teaching himself day and night. He started by recording friends, and his natural talent quickly led to working with artists across Worcester County, earning him recognition as one of the area’s top engineers.

In 2015, he founded OneWaySound, a recording studio that became a cornerstone for local talent. After nearly a decade of growth and community-building, the studio transformed into Treehouse Collectives in 2024 — a creative hub focused on collaboration, innovation, and providing a home for artists, podcasters, creators, and entrepreneurs. Through Treehouse, Bam continues to build space for people to tell their stories and bring their visions to life.
