Shariff, born and raised in Worcester, Massachusetts, has always chased the vision—collaborating with artists who move the culture forward in MA. Since 2015, he’s been immersed in music, specializing in recording, mixing, and mastering.

In 2018, he met Bam, and by 2020, Shariff was engineering at Onewaysound. The experience helped sharpen his skills and deepen his commitment to the craft. When Bam launched his new studio space, the two reconnected on a bigger idea—becoming business partners. That vision gave rise to Treehouse Collectives. Shariff saw the potential and was all in—committed to helping it grow into something powerful for the community and creative culture.
