James Oshotta is a multifaceted creative based in Worcester, Massachusetts, blending the worlds of music and visual media. His journey into videography began in 2019 when — frustrated with the struggle to find reliable video collaborators — he took matters into his own hands. By filming and editing his own music videos, he quickly developed a distinct visual style and sharpened his creative eye.

As his skillset grew, so did demand. James began shooting visuals for other artists, helping them bring their visions to life with crisp, cinematic quality and a deep understanding of the artist’s perspective.

Beyond his personal work, James is also the co-founder of Treehouse Sessions — a platform created to spotlight local talent through live performances and promotional content. The sessions were built with community in mind, offering independent artists a stage to be heard, seen, and supported.
