What If I Need to Cancel a Session?
Life happens — if you can’t make your session, you’ll need to cancel at least 24 hours in advance.
Late cancellations will result in a $25 fee, which will be automatically charged to your account.
Cancellations and reschedules can be done through your online member portal or by calling us directly.
How Long Does My Membership Last?
Memberships are billed month-to-month with no long-term commitment (unless otherwise stated).
If you’d like to cancel, just send us an email 30 days prior to your next billing date. Please note that memberships do not cancel automatically.

When Can I Book Studio Time?
As a member, you have unlimited access to book sessions, based on studio availability.
How Long Can Each Session Be?
You can reserve studio time in blocks of up to 4 hours per session.
To keep things fair for all members, you can only schedule your next session once your current session has ended.
Is an Engineer or photographer Included in My Session?
Engineers & Photographers are not included with memberships. However, you can hire a Treehouse engineer for $30/hour if needed. and a photographer for $40/Hour.
We’ll also provide a required training session during your first visit to walk you through the basics of our studio setup.
How Much Time Do I Get Each Month?
There’s no monthly time cap — you can book as many sessions as you'd like, as long as the time slots are available. Each session must be between 1 and 4 hours.
When Will I Be Charged for My Membership?
Your membership will auto-renew monthly using the credit or debit card on file.
Charges occur on the same date each month, starting from the day you signed up.
How Many Guests Can I Bring?
Guest limits depend on your membership tier:
Artist Membership: 1 guest total (including the member)
Group Membership: Up to 5 people (including the member)
Content Creator Membership: Up to 7 people (including the member)
